Can I cancel an order after accepting it?

All sales on Mindu are final, and once you accept an order, you’re expected to fulfill it. 

If something unexpected comes up and you’re absolutely unable to complete the sale, we recommend messaging the buyer directly through Mindu messages to explain the situation and see if a mutual agreement can be made.

That said, frequent cancellations can hurt your reputation as a seller, so it’s always best to double-check your listings to ensure everything’s available and ready to go before posting.
