How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed through Stripe after your item is delivered and confirmed.

Getting paid on Mindu is simple and secure. Here’s how it works:
After your item is delivered, the buyer has 3 business days to confirm receipt. Once they do, your payout is released.
If the buyer doesn’t confirm, your payout is automatically released 14 days after the original purchase date.
Funds are transferred to your connected Stripe account and typically appear within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
For your first sale, Stripe may take 7 to 14 days to verify your account before releasing the payout. After that, your payouts will follow your Stripe payout schedule.
To avoid delays and ensure you get paid smoothly:
Set up your Stripe payout details under Account Settings > Payout Details.
Double-check that your bank information is accurate and verified.
Keep your account in good standing by shipping items on time and maintaining clear communication with buyers.
Important: All payments must go through Mindu. Off-platform transactions are not allowed and may result in account action.
