Why is my payout pending?
There are a few common reasons why your payout may still be processing.

If your payout hasn’t landed in your account yet, here are the most likely reasons:
- Buyer hasn’t confirmed receipt – Payouts are released once the buyer confirms they received the item. Buyers have 3 business days after delivery to do so.
- Waiting for automatic release – If the buyer doesn’t confirm, the payout is automatically released 14 days after the original purchase date.
- Payout processing time – Once released, your payout may take 1 to 3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. First-time sellers may experience a 7-14 days window while Stripe verifies your information.
If your payout is still pending beyond the expected timeframe, double-check your payout details in Account Settings > Payout Details, or reach out to us by clicking Submit a Ticket through the Support Hub.
