To keep Mindu safe, respectful, and transparent, we ask all users to follow a few simple, but important principles. This isn’t just about rules—it’s about creating a space where people feel good about connecting, buying, and selling pre-loved items.


Let’s keep Mindu kind, honest, and welcoming for everyone. Violations may result in removed listings or account action.


1. Honesty & Transparency
  • Describe items truthfully – Include accurate details about size, brand, condition, and any flaws.

  • Use original photos – All listings must feature real, unedited photos of the actual item you’re selling. Do not use stock images or photos found online, as this may infringe on copyright and could result in your listing being removed.

  • Price fairly – Set thoughtful, reasonable prices that reflect the item’s condition and value.


2. Respectful Interactions

  • Be kind and professional – Treat everyone on Mindu with courtesy and empathy.

  • No hate or harassment – Discrimination, bullying, or offensive language will not be tolerated.

  • Negotiate in good faith – If you’re making or responding to an offer, do so respectfully.


3. Safe & Secure Transactions

  • Keep all communication on Mindu – Never move conversations off-platform. It keeps everyone safe and supported.

  • No prohibited or counterfeit items – Mindu does not allow illegal, dangerous, or misrepresented goods.

  • Use tracking for shipments – Sellers must ship with tracking to ensure transparency and peace of mind.


4. Reliable Selling & Buying

  • Sellers must ship within 3 business days – On-time shipping keeps things running smoothly and builds trust.

  • Buyers must confirm receipt – Once you’ve received your item, confirm delivery and leave a review.

  • All sales are final – Returns or refunds are only considered under very limited circumstances, as outlined in our policies.


5. Marketplace Integrity

  • No duplicate or spam listings – Each item should have one clear, accurate listing.

  • No misleading promotions – Be truthful about product condition, availability, and any discounts.

  • Report suspicious behavior – If something doesn’t feel right, report it to Mindu Support, so we can look into it.


By following these simple guidelines, you help make Mindu a place where buying and selling secondhand feels safe, joyful, and meaningful—for everyone.
