Can I cancel an order after purchasing?

We don’t allow cancellations, except in rare extenuating circumstances. If you made a purchase by mistake, we recommend reaching out to the seller right away through Mindu’s messaging system. 

While sellers aren’t required to cancel, some may agree to if the item hasn’t shipped yet. Once an item is marked as shipped, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
