What should I do if my item doesn’t match the listing?

If the item you received is significantly not as described—for example, the wrong item was sent, it has major undisclosed damage, or appears to be counterfeit—you may be eligible for a refund under Mindu’s discretionary review policy.


Follow these steps:

  1. Contact the seller within 3 days of delivery – Message them through Mindu’s platform and include clear photos showing how the item differs from the listing.
  2. Give the seller up to 48 hours to respond – Many issues can be resolved directly through clear communication.
  3. Escalate to Mindu (if needed) – If the seller doesn’t respond or refuses to resolve the issue, you can escalate the claim by clicking Submit a Ticket through the Support Hub.


Please note:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed, and are issued only at Mindu’s sole discretion.
  • Minor issues, small signs of wear, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for a refund.
  • Always review listings carefully and message the seller with questions before purchasing.
