Can I request a return or refund?
All sales are final, but we’re here to help if something goes seriously wrong.

Because Mindu is a peer-to-peer marketplace, all sales are final. This means returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted, unless something went seriously wrong with your order.
You may be eligible for a refund only in rare cases:
The item is significantly not as described. (for example, wrong item, major undisclosed damage, or counterfeit).
The item never arrived and tracking does not show delivery.
A prohibited or illegal item was delivered.
If your order falls under one of these issues, follow these steps:
Message the seller through Mindu within 3 days of receiving (or not receiving) the item. Be sure to include clear photos and details.
If the issue isn’t resolved after 48 hours, you can escalate the claim by clicking Submit a Ticket on the Support Hub.
Mindu will review the case at our sole discretion.
Important Reminders:
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Mindu does not provide return labels, inspect returned goods, or act as the seller.
Initiating a chargeback outside of Mindu's process is against our Terms and may result in account suspension or legal action.
