When you purchase an item on Mindu, any available delivery options will be shown on the listing. Shipping costs are added at checkout, and you’ll enter your address if the seller offers shipping or local courier delivery.
Once your order is confirmed, the seller has up to 3 business days to ship your item.
As soon as the item is on its way, the seller will send you a tracking number through Mindu messages, so you can follow your package from pickup to delivery.
After your item arrives, you’ll have 3 business days to confirm receipt.
The final step is leaving a review—it’s optional, but highly encouraged. Reviews help build trust and make the marketplace better for everyone.
