At Mindu, we’re creating a community where buying and selling pre-loved items feels good, safe, and seamless. To keep things fair and transparent, all sellers must follow a few key listing requirements:

  • Be honest and clear – Describe your item accurately. Include brand, size or age, condition, and note any flaws such as stains, rips, or missing parts. Transparency builds trust and helps your items sell faster.

  • Use original photos only – Upload real, unedited photos of the actual item you’re selling. Do not use stock images or photos found online, as this may infringe on copyright and result in your listing being removed.
  • List only in-hand items – You may only list items you physically own and are ready to ship, deliver, or meet to exchange. Pre-orders, drop-shipping, or third-party fulfillment are not allowed.
  • Respect the sale – When you list an item at a set price, you’re offering it for sale. Once a buyer accepts the price or makes a confirmed purchase, it’s a binding commitment to complete the transaction.
  • Accurately represent condition – Only mark items as “new” if they’ve never been used and include original tags or packaging. Otherwise, select the appropriate used condition category.

By following these listing requirements, you’re helping build a thoughtful, trustworthy marketplace where everyone can shop and sell pre-loved items with confidence.
