How can I track my shipment?

As a seller, you are responsible for choosing a trackable shipping method and sharing the tracking details with your buyer.

Here’s how to make it seamless:

1. Choose a Shipping Option that Includes Tracking – When selecting your courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), make sure to choose a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Not all basic shipping options include tracking, so double-check before purchasing the label.

2. Share Tracking with the Buyer – Send the tracking number to the buyer through Mindu’s messaging system, so they can monitor the delivery progress.

3. Monitor the Shipment – Use the courier’s website (such as USPS Tracking, UPS Tracking, FedEx Tracking) to check the status of the package and ensure timely delivery.
