How long do I have to ship an item after it sells?

Once your item sells, you’re expected to ship it within 3 business days of the purchase date.
Timely shipping creates a great experience for buyers, helps you get paid faster, and supports your reputation on Mindu. Delayed shipments can lead to complaints, slower payouts, or lower ratings—so it’s best to ship as soon as possible.
Here’s how it works:
- Once the order is placed, the buyer's payment is held securely in escrow until delivery.
Payments are released after the buyer confirms they’ve received the item, which must be within 3 days of delivery (or automatically 14 days after purchase).
- To close the transaction, both buyer and seller are asked to confirm shipment and delivery, and are encouraged to leave a review.
That said, we understand that unexpected things can happen. If you’re unable to ship within the 3-day window, message your buyer right away through Mindu to explain the situation and confirm they’re okay with the delay.
Clear communication is key—it helps maintain trust and keeps everyone in the loop.
