How do I calculate shipping costs?

Mindu does not provide shipping labels, so sellers are responsible for calculating and arranging their own shipping. Estimating costs ahead of time helps you price your item more accurately and avoid surprises at checkout.

Measure the dimensions (length × width × height) and weight of your item, as shipping rates depend on size and weight. 

Pack like a pro! 

• Choose the right packaging – Box for fragile items, poly mailer for clothes.
• Fill empty spaces – Bubble wrap, packing paper, or even crumpled newspaper.
• Use strong tape – No duct tape or masking tape.
• Stick the label flat – Avoid creases, so it scans properly.

No printer? Some couriers let you print labels in-store—just bring the QR code!

2. Estimate costs using online tools:

Most couriers offer shipping calculators to estimate costs before listing. Consider Flat Rate Shipping as some couriers offer predictable pricing based on box size rather than weight, which can be cost-effective. Some useful tools include:

4. Use Tracking & Stay in Touch:

• Follow courier-specific shipping regulations for domestic shipping.
• Third-party fulfillment services are allowed, but the seller is responsible for delivery.
• Tracking and communication improve your seller rating—always provide buyers with updates. It keeps sellers & buyers happy!
• Message the buyer with updates – better communication = better ratings!
