If a buyer says they haven’t received their item, here’s how to approach the situation:


  1. Check the tracking information – If the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the correct address, responsibility typically shifts to the buyer.
  2. Confirm shipping details – Double-check the address, delivery status, and date to ensure everything aligns.
  3. Ask the buyer to check with the courier – They may be able to get more details directly from the shipping provider or confirm where the package was left.

  4. Message the buyer through Mindu – Message the buyer to share tracking info and support them as they follow up.
